All full-time employees of Blessings4Ever Home Care Agency, working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits on their 90th day of employment. Health & Voluntary Benefits
Blessings 4Ever Home Care Agency offers eligible employees a comprehensive medical plan through Independence Blue Cross. The Independence Blue Cross PPO Plan is designed to provide you and your family with access to quality, affordable health care. When you enroll in this plan, you have access to both in-network and out-of-network providers.
Blessings 4Ever Home Care Agency offers comprehensive dental coverage through United Concordia. The dental plan available to you is designed to provide coverage for x-rays, routine cleanings, fillings and even orthodontia care. Under the United Concordia Flex Plan, you have the option of going in or out of the United Concordia Advantage network of providers.
A voluntary vision benefit, provided through Independence Blue Cross, can be elected to cover yourself and your eligible family members. Through the IBC Vision Care 100 Plan, you can receive both an eye exam and eyewear (if needed) from any provider of your choice
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Plan through Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) is available to help you and your family find a solution and restore your peace of mind. Take advantage of the following services that are available to you and your family:

Voluntary Insurance Options:

All employees are eligible to participate after 3 months of employment to the nearest entry date. Blessings4Ever Home Care Agency criteria:

Paid Time Off:
All employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO) according to an established policies and procedures set by Blessings4Ever Home Care Agency.
All employees are eligible for time and a half time pay for any time worked on any of the six observed holidays as per Blessings4Ever handbook.
Health Care FSA
An FSA provides you with the ability to save money on a pre-tax basis for any IRS-allowed health expenses not covered by your health care coverage. These expenses include deductibles, copayments and coinsurance payments, routine physicals, uninsured dental expenses, qualified over-the-counter medical supply costs, vision care expenses (e.g. eyeglasses or contact lenses), hearing care expenses (e.g. a hearing exam or a hearing aid), and orthodontia.
A Dependent Care
Dependent FSA provides you with the ability to set aside money on a pre-tax basis for day care expenses for your child, disabled parent or spouse that enable you and your spouse (if applicable) to work full-time and/or attend school on a full-time basis. Generally, expenses will qualify for reimbursement if they are the result of care for.
