Blessings4Ever Holiday Recipe: Sarah Cazaval's Shrimp Ceviche!

Today we are sharing one the recipe for Shrimp Ceviche from our very own Care Coordinator, Sarah Sazaval. Enjoy!

Shrimp Ceviche

Shrimp Ceviche

  • 1lb of Raw shrimp

  • 1/2 Red Onion diced

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes diced

  • 2 Jalapeños diced

  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro finely chopped

  • Juice from 6 limes

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • Juice from 1 orange

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 1 Avocado diced

  • 1 bag of Tostadas

Directions

  • Peel and clean all shrimp and cut into pieces.

  • Dice all vegetables ingredients.

  • Mix Shrimp and vegetables together.

  • Squeeze juice from all fruit on top of mixed vegetables and shrimp.

  • Add salt to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until all shrimp are fully cooked.

  • Spoon on top of tostadas and top with diced avocado.
