Blessings4Ever Hires Customer Experience Manager

In order to up the quality of home care at Blessings4Ever, we turn to focus on the customer experience.

Blessings4Ever has hired Naisha Gonzalez as our Customer Experience Manager, a brand new role with the purpose of maximizing and perfecting the customer service experience. At Blessings4Ever we believe that customer service is important and in order to help meet the needs of our clients and caregivers.

Customer experience has always been Naisha’s passions. Of the role, Naisha said, "Blessings4Ever has always had a heart for the people we serve. My passion is customer service. I love working with people, listening to their success, their experience, and their frustrations. I’m confident that no matter what, we can help. My job is to listen, understand, make changes where necessary, and make sure that every visit is a positive experience. You should feel blessed when you come here...accepted, welcome, part of a family. That’s our goal, and that’s what inspires me.”
