6 Changes That Have Occurred at Blessings4Ever Over the Last Year

It's been just a little over a year since Philadelphia went on lockdown last March. We wanted to take some time to reflect on some of the changes that we have undergone.

Blessings4Ever provides home care services throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region

It's been just a little over a year since Philadelphia went on lockdown last March. We wanted to take some time to reflect on some of the changes that we have undergone.

Last March at this time, Philadelphians were just starting to get used to "lockdown" requirements due to COVID-19. There was so much mystery surrounding the pandemic and what would happen next. How serious was it? How long would the lockdown go? Will we be affected? All of us at Blessings4Ever asked these questions.

A lot has changed since that time. We wanted to take a moment to talk about some of the positive change that has happened at Blessings4Ever.

1. We expanded caregiver benefits to include a 401(k).

This year we've added a 401(k) plan to our comprehensive list of benefits available for our employees. We are proud to offer a plan that is in the top 10% of 401(k) plans. All employees are eligible to participate after 3 months of employment to the nearest entry date. Blessings4Ever Home Care Agency criteria:

  • No participation or maintenance fees

  • 100% match of contributions up to 6%

  • 3-year cliff vesting schedule

  • Investment Options

  • Contributions through payroll deductions

  • Portable vested amount

2. We launched a new service line to include private duty home care services (private pay) as part of our comprehensive home care suite.

Blessings4Ever is proud to offer quality, private duty home care services to those who need a helping hand throughout life’s transitions. Our highly trained and licensed caregivers are able to provide you with quality care to suit your needs based on an individualized care plan created by you and our team of home care professionals. Whether your needs consist of assistance with personal care, housekeeping tasks, companion care, medication reminders, or escort services, our trained caregivers will provide caring and supportive help for all of your needs based on your customized care plan that focuses on your physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.

Our private duty home care services are for those who are paying for services out of pocket (commonly known as private pay home care).
